Gently Bloom Counseling and Wellness, PLLC

As a mom, you’re constantly giving to everyone else — but you deserve something just for you.

Therapy for Moms

Starting therapy is a powerful step toward caring for your own well-being, and I’m here to make sure that journey feels meaningful and supportive.

  • Support for moms — especially those in pregnancy and early postpartum stages — who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or just not quite themselves. Guidance through the complex emotions of motherhood and trying to remember who you are outside of “mom.”

  • Encouragement to find your “Pink” again. Just like flamingos lose their vibrant pink color while raising chicks because they are depleted and regain it with nourishment, we will explore ways you can pour back into yourself and bloom into your full potential.

  • A warm, collaborative, non judgmental space to manage negative emotions and build confidence.
